- We use the same screening criteria for every applicant: identity verification, income (typically 2.5–3× monthly rent), rental history, and standard credit/background screening.
- We do not steer applicants toward or away from specific buildings, floors, or units based on protected characteristics.
- Reasonable accommodations and modifications are provided to qualified applicants and residents with disabilities, in accordance with the Fair Housing Act.
- Service animals and assistance animals (including emotional support animals with proper documentation) are exempt from pet fees and breed restrictions.
