Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
Casa Princeton respects your privacy choices under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
What this means
Casa Princeton Apartments does not sell personal information for monetary value. However, we may share limited online identifiers (such as cookie IDs, device identifiers, and browsing activity) with our advertising partners — including Google Ads and Meta — so we can measure ad performance and serve relevant advertising. Under California law, this activity may be considered "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising."
How to opt out
You can request that we stop sharing your personal information with advertising partners by either of these methods:
- Email leasing@casaprincetonflorida.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." Include the email address you want us to associate with the request.
- Text us at (786) 977-3672 with the words "Opt Out — CCPA."
We will honor your request within 15 business days. We do not require an account to process your request, and we will not retaliate against you for exercising this right.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser or extension transmits the Global Privacy Control signal, we will treat that as a valid opt-out request automatically — no email or text required.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Provide written permission signed by you so we can verify the agent's authority before acting on the request.
Other privacy rights
For other rights under California law (right to know, right to delete, right to correct, right to limit use of sensitive personal information), please review our Privacy Policy or contact us using the methods above.
